Air conditioning began in Roman times

Cool your home with various aircraft has ancient roots dating back to Roman times. The term air conditioning refers to the process of removing heat and humidity of the air in a room or building, making it drier and cooler. Romans had tubes filled with circulating cold water in their homes, in order to cool the air. However, the modern version of 'air came from the chemical discoveries of Benjamin Franklin and MichaelFaraday.

Benjamin Franklin and his research partner John Hadley, soon found that the evaporation of liquids, as alcohol can quickly cool down an object. They managed to cool the bulb of a thermometer, a bellows with only alcohol and speed up the evaporation process, up to 7 degrees Fahrenheit, while the rest of the room kept at 65 degrees Fahrenheit. Michael Faraday promoted this idea when he discovered that ammonia compression until it was a liquid, soevaporation can cool the air.

The first version of what we use in our homes and businesses today as an air conditioner is made by Willis Haviland Carrier, while he worked at a printing company. The printing machine malfunction and the wrong color ink when the humidity is too high. So Carrier invented a machine that could not only cool the air in the factory, but also to remove unwanted moisture. His device used fans to move air over the tubes filledcold water, then cooling the air.

Cold air holds less moisture than warm air, reducing humidity. Air conditioners do today much more than maintain low humidity. Help people living in extreme climates where life would otherwise be impossible or at least unbearable. Temperatures of 100 degrees that regularly occur in the south and southwest of the United States can lead to heat stroke and even death, especially since an increase in temperature higher than the cityare filled with asphalt and asphalt.

Air conditioning also allows buildings as large as possible. Combined with the air, the air conditioning helps to pump fresh air in the middle of a building in depth. Otherwise there would be no way to vent in the nucleus. If this is not possible, buildings should be built much more subtle, so all rooms have windows for ventilation can.

While the first air conditioning units are relatively simple, modern technological unitsmiracles and require knowledge of an air conditioning contractor to determine. An entrepreneur HVAC, which stands for heating, ventilation and air conditioning, must undergo a rigorous training program for the repair and installation of these systems. And residential air conditioning for the first time is normal, rather than a luxury for the year 1950, has created many jobs in the repair of air conditioning. The cooling air for convenience, rather than industrial applications, was launched in 1924.

These machines have been installedin a department store. However, once captured and the spread of cinemas, restaurants and wherever it may be cramped and uncomfortable in the summer heat. After World War 2 ended, the economic boom encouraged many owners to invest in the air conditioner now essential. Today, the hum of air conditioners is one of the sounds of summer.
